Mohawk Harbor Arena: Construction is underway for a $50 million, 2,200-seat ice hockey rink, expandable to 3,600 seats for other events. This state-of-the-art facility will serve as the new home for Union College's men's and women's hockey teams starting in the 2025-26 season.

Hyatt House Hotel: Adding to the convenience of our community, a new five-story Hyatt House Hotel with 100 rooms is being constructed on the north side of the harbor. This will be the third hotel in the area, providing additional accommodations for visitors and enhancing the vibrant atmosphere of Mohawk Harbor.
